I have been waiting patiently for the halloween costume contest to be over to announce our next Photo Contest.....

Welcome to Contest #17 - Best Christmas Tree Photo

What qualifies as a Christmas Tree photo? We are looking for photos of your Christmas Tree. This contest is all about Christmas Trees. They do not have to be Disney, beautifully decorated as you usually do is what we are looking for.

They can be big, little, fake or real.

So Deck the Halls and post your Photos here.

If you have a question about something please feel free to ask.

Rules:

1. The photo can be from current or past
2. Photo's must be yours, do not use other people's work or copyrighted photos
3. You may only enter 1 photo into the contest
4. Please upload pics to the Gallery if possible, this will allow easier access in the voting and winners threads. Link your pictures in this thread to enter them.
5. Contest will run for 14 days with a 2 week voting period.
6. Lou is not eligible to win
7. Winner will receive a prize chosen by our fearless leader.

Contest begins Wednesday 12/14/05 runs till Thursday 12/29/05

Voting will begin Thursday 12/29/05

Does it have to be OUR tree? Or could we take a photo of someone else's tree or a professional tree as long as it's our photography?

The photographs should be of your own tree. It wouldn't be fair to try to compare professional trees with personal trees.

We just want to share your Christmas trees.

Oh and Crimbo Trees are acceptable too.

I can't wait to see everyone's trees.

Sorry, I only got this tree up on Sunday. This is my Disney tree. I LOVE Christmas ornaments, and I usually get several each year that remind me of special trips or events, plus the ones the kids make, etc. Well, the main tree in our living room was in danger of collapsing under the weight of all the ornaments, so we decided (OK, I decided and forced DH to go along with it) to move all the Disney ornaments to a second tree in our room. The oldest ornament dates back to when I was living at home, but most of them start in 1991, with one from our honeymoon being a favorite. I couldn't get them all in the picture, but Mickey, Minnie and Pluto are in a sleigh beneath the tree, and Donald is sitting nearby.
