So lets get the fun stuff out of the way for all you whacky people first, shall we.. no, they are not for sale.. they've probably already been melted down by the recycle guy. Plus they're practice pieces so I can perfect curve cutting. With all that being said, enjoy!
copper scrap with cuts penetrating just deep enough to leave discoloration along with solid cut-outs.

a sheet of lead with mickey cut-out.. lead cuts like butter under such intense heat, so I had to move fast!
sorry for the size.. the new phone cam is apparently, lame.
looks like fun - can you use a template or is that out of the question?
you must have a really steady hand - i know how fast that lead melts
GREAT use of the scraps! let us know what else you do.
Tampa, are they paying you to do this at work, or are you taking liberty of your on-the-clock time?
Heck, I don't care, I just enjoy the photos!!!! Great job!
I am in need of some Disney magic!!

never thought i'd see the day when Mickey turned Metal!!
can you get someone to take pics of you doing all this?
I think it would be awesome to see all the equipment you use to do this ,

Mickey hasn't just gone metal, he's gone HEAVY metal!
