Step 1 - Load your picture into the Photo Gallery. There is a link near the top of the page that will take you to the Photo Gallery.
Posting your picture for all to see:
(FULL SIZE)
General Comment: I always find it easier to have 2 windows open, one to the thread where I am writing and the other to the Photo Gallery. To open a secod windows in IE press ctrl-n
1 - Go to your gallery. You should see thumbnails of your pictures. Click on the picture you want to share. It is now 'full sized' on your screen.
2 - Right Click on the image. Choose the bottom option PROPERTIES
3 - While looking at the Properties screen you will see something dead center called the ADDRESS. It looks like a web address. Highlight the entire address including the http:// portion. Once the whole address is highlighted press ctrl-c to copy that address to computer memnory. Here is an example of what one of mine look like:
http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/pho...Gsolve-med.jpg
4 - Now go back to the thread where you want to post this picture. YOu insert the image with the following command. However, please note I am using the { when in fact you will want to use [
{img}THE_ADDRESS_YOU_COPIED_FROM_STEP_3{/img}
If I substitute [ and ] for the { and } used above, and use the address I gave as an example in step 3, this is what you would see:
That is all there is to posting a full size image within a thread.
HOW TO POST A THUMBNAIL WITH A LINK TO THE FULL.
You will use many of the same steps above.
1 - Go to your gallery and locate the thumbnail you want to use, however, DO NOT CLICK on it - you want to right click on it.
2 - Choose properties just like above
3 - Copy the address just like above.
4 - Post the image in a thread just like above.
Now for the changes:
5 - Go back to the image gallery and now click on the thumbnail, right click on the full size image, and copy the address
6 - Go back to the thread and before the text for steps 1-4 add in this command. (Again I am substituting { for [
{url=THE_ADDRESS_YOU_COPIED}
7 - After the text you typed, right after you {/img} tag add the following:
{/url}
So, an example would look like
{url=http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/photos/data/500/37108-0816_IMGsolve-med.jpg}{img}http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/photos/data/500/37108-0816_IMGsolve-thumb.jpg{/img}{/url}
When the brackets are corrected you will see this:
I hope this guide helps. If you have questions post here and one of us will answer.

Whoo Hooo RU! Thanks for sharing the details.
A number of people have posted and contacted me privately about how to edit, resize, and otherwise manipulate their photos, without having to learn the ins and outs of complicated software.
I have previously recommended a program I have used for years called ACDSee. It is an extremely easy-to-use, user-friendly application that requires no real photo-editing skills.
Plus, with the release of ACDSee 7, the most powerful photo manager around is now even faster. Way faster. No other photo software saves you so much time. Enjoy the freedom to find, organize and edit your photos faster, easier and with better results than ever before. Instantly share your pictures online or on your cell phone. Create quality prints or Flash and PDF slideshows. Favored by photographers, used by organizations like Associated Press, Boeing and Harvard, ACDSee is your best choice in photo management software.

Can you upload photos from photo photo bucket?
I just love World of Warcraft.
Lou,
This method is no longer working. I tried doing it to my contest photo, and it wouldn't work. So, I went back to some of my other posts to check....AND ALL THE PICTURES ARE GONE! I noticed you made some changes to the photo gallery, would it have affected this?
Can you fix it?
Thanks!
Amanda

All you have to do for a quick pic like that is touch the picture button (yellow square with the mountains) and type the full link to the image.
no problem!
Okay, I just have one question. You told me to Control C to copy the address after it was highlighted. What do I use to paste it to the new post?
They call me "Nana"
