Both of my DS love pin trading. I think I may start next time, although mine will all be tinkerbelle pins only x x
I am mostly a pin collector. However, if I see a pin I like on CM's lanyards I will trade with them.

I actually got started because I won a lanyard and pins when I was in the HotSeat of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire- Play It!". After that, I was hooked! I usually try to pick up 2 or 3 pins each trip that I really like and I'm always looking for Pig pins to trade for.

I remember when I entered the Studios, once person said "I can't wait to play Who Want To Be a Millionaire", I knew it ended just not when it ended.
I might if the right one comes along.. But alot of people have been asking me for my Pocohontas pin.. Guess it must be rare..
Were merrily merilly merilly merilly off to no where in particular!!!!!!!!!!!
No but I might. I do not trade pins but I might if the right one comes along.
I don't consider myself a pin trader but more a Pin Collecter. If I buy a pin that I like I am not going to trade it. I have traded before (traded a pin my friend bought me and a dvc one & free ones i recived) but I really dont trade much.

My kids trade pins with cast members. We buy the cheapest ones we can find at the Disney Store in Sawgrass Mills (Sunrise, Florida) and when we go to WDW my kids trade the junkers for good ones. Who says Disney has no bargains?
We don't trade but we buy them for ourselves to keep!

I just started collecting. I don't intend to trade any pins unless a really good one comes my way.

I mostly collect but I do buy a few to trade w/CM's. My daughter trades all the time but has no clue about value. She just trades what she likes!
I mostly collect villians.

My DH & I were given 6 pins attached to a hat as part of WDW Travel Package at the onset of Pins. I gave DD these to trade away if she wanted to. She traded a few but quickly lost interest. However DD has pins from the Grand Opening of Disney Paris that mean a lot to her. DS has cast and service pins from the College Program now tucked in a jewelry box.
Boy you can sink a lot of money into those little boogers.
Yet, I have a dinnerware collection of plates and bowls. Each year I come home with at least one design. When we have dinner parties folks are trading plates around the table. No, I want Pooh, You had Mickey last time...it is fun.
Ive never traded pins cause I thought it was only for the Kids... But what r u suppose to do? just go up to someone and say " hey lets trade?"
Around here, However, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because were curious... and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths...- Walt Disney
