Not sure if the local Disney Store carries any, if you have one nearby.
Otherwise, you can call WDW Mail Order Merchandise at 407-363-6200 and order by phone.
I was at our Disney Store yesterday, they do have a Mickey lanyard starter set. They also have a small assortment of pins.
