    I just started collecting...I have 15 and one jumbo WDW 35th anniversary pin. I ONLY get them from the park and hotels. The only time I bought them off the internet was for a couple of Happiest Celebration on Earth pins.

    Most of the pins I have are the limited ones I receive: like DVC's 15th anniversary, the Everest pins when they openned for preview, etc.

    How many different pins has Disney produced? Does anyone know?

    A CM gave my daughter a pin that had a hidden Mickey on it. He said you can't buy this pin anywhere. Not sure how true that is though.

    I do know that most hidden mickeys aren't sold. Some lisence plate pins, villain couldren pins and the circle with mickey ears in it are sold. I do know the Monorails are not sold.

    Anyway I am a pin collector with about 50-75 pins some including original pins.

    THe pin she got was the Fairy God Mother, kind of flying. And it has a little hidden MIckey.

    I'm at about 50, and we have them in felt shadowboxes on display.... they make for great conversation pieces.

    Did you make the boxes or did you buy them? I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a shadowbox and some cork and put it together. I have one of my big pins and 3 of my HCOE pins in it.

    Would love to do that Idea! I must have around 400 pins. It all started back in 04 when they gave Us a lanyard and two pins as part of our reservation package. Boy, talk about that lanyard not being free. Did they know what they were doing back then or what? LOL
