question about wearing pins?

Speaking as an adult who only trades with CM'S... they do not pick which pins I trade I pick them and afaik that's what they're supposed to do they're just given the pins as part of their uniform for guests to trade with them. Also the green lanyards or hip yokes are for under 12's only.

Also if you see kids trading with CM's have a look at the CM's lanyards after cos kids often give away awesome pins!

lmbo...lol i dont have any face ones.. i used too.. but my tshirt many years ago got hung on it and ripped it out...lol

I don't trade pins, but I do collect and have also been concerned that by displaying them on a lanyard, people would automatically think I'm willing to trade all on display. So instead, I pin them to my bag-strap. They're still on show, but so far, have not had anybody approach me for a swapping-sesh.

If I wear a lanyard at all it'll have a few pins on it I'm willing to trade the rest are pins I like. Sometimes I just stick a few on my camera bag.
Use locking backs on your favorite pins. I lost a vinylmation pin DH gave me. I should've taken the time to put a locking back on it:(

I have several pins that I always wear, but don't want to trade, so I put a locking back on them. When I trade with CMs, I pick the pin that I want to trade and the one I'm willing to part with...it's always worked for me

Mine stay in a box... I'll get them framed one day.

The first 20K pin Disney produced is the only one I ever wear. It goes on the strap of my camera bag...

I have a LE 300 "Grape Soda" Ellie Badge from the movie "UP" that I wear on my lapel when my wife and I dress up for a nice meal in WDW. I've wore it at various restaurants in WDW and on the Disney Cruise Line. I have yet to be bold enough to wear it at a non-Disney restaurant. But when I wear it and people get the link to the movie, I receive a great response.

Where did you get the Ellie badge? I would love that since UP is one of my all time favorites.
