I need a bit of help just now.
I just got back from the Dr and I have been signed off work for two weeks. I have been suffering from depression for a few years, and have been having treatment for about 4 months. I thought I was doing well, but I have recently started having physical symptoms which my Dr feels are stress related and I just need to have a couple of weeks away from everything. I just feel that I am letting everyone down - my workmates, the children (I am a teacher) and my family. I have always been the sort of person who copes with everything and I hate having to give in.
Could really do with some Pixie Dust!
