Need Prayers for the family of a hero!

My best friend's fiance was killed in Iraq on the 14th by a roadside bomb. I was home all this weekend to be with her and her/his family and I will most likely be going back when his body is returned and they hold the services. She is absolutely devastated and I would like to ask for prayers for her and the family. I just cannot believe that he is gone and this is very tough for all of us. If any of you have loved ones over seas I pray that they will return safely. It is just such an awful thing to bear.

I am very sorry to hear this terrible news. It is difficult to lose somebody that is so close to you. Please know that your friend is in a better place now. He was a very brave man, and wouldn't want to see you sad. My heart goes out to you, your friend, his family, and everybody's loved ones. Prayers and pixie dust headed your way.

Oh Katy, I feel absolutely horrible for your friend and her family and his family, and you! That is a horrible situation. I have friends over there and when you don't hear from them for a couple days, you just get so worried. My thoughts and prayers to all of you and everyone who is still over there. I have a lot of friends and my best friends husband is going out there later this year. I will keep them in my thoughts and prayers!
