P & P for Doctor Visit

I had back surgery on Jan. 12. When I was home from school I had to do research for a speech I was going to do on WDW. That's when I stumbled upon this great site and I joined, anyway I'm rambling. ()

I just want some P & P for a good report from my doctor for my 4 month checkup. I go on June 20.
