Trying to Get Back Into the Swing of Things!
Hey everyone,
We have a very, very close family friend (so close my brother and I call him Uncle Lynn) who was in the process of building a house. He was looking at a town house to get some inspiration for what to do for his new house. On the way out of the town house he was walking down the steps from the house and he either missed a step or misjudged a step and fell. He heard a pop and he had difficulty walking. He went to the doctor and found out that some of the muscles and ligaments tore away from his knee cap. He has to have surgery tomorrow to fix it or me might not be able to walk right again. So I'm asking for an extra dose for him. He was there at the hospital for my back surgery and he threw the 25th anniversary party for my mom and dad last year.

The surgery went great. We talked to his cousin yesterday and she says he is fine just really drugged up. He is going to stay with her until he is completely healed. The reason being is because he lives by himself and he lives all the way out in Chicago.
I'll keep you posted with any other developments.
Also, his house building plan is (obviously) put on hold for now. He considers this a blessing in disguise.
