    P's and P-dust Please!!!!

    Well me and my husband have just ventured into another endevor in our lives, we put an offer in on a house. After looking at 20 houses and not finding one that doesnt need ANY work and has a WOW factor for us, we put in an offer last night after looking at it twice. So here's to hoping that they accept our offer.

    I very sorry to hear that. Remember what I said in my PM, have patience with it. It WILL HAPPEN for you. Just think, there's another house out there with your name on it. I promise. Before we built, we had the SAME thing happen to us. I can relate. Lots of prayers and tons of pixie dust heading your way!

    Also keep in mind that the other couple's offer and/or contract may fall apart on them at any time. Keep checking on that house. Don't give up.
