    P & PD for DW please...!

    Tuesday morning my lovely DW accidentally rolled her foot down a curb on her way from the store to the van, and broke it. She goes to see the Orthopedist tomorrow morning for a full analysis and there is the possibility that they may have to opreate.
    She is a fiercely independent person & does so much for so many people. Besides the obvious pain & inconvienience to her, she is very frustrated right now because she feels so helpless.
    P & PD please, to help her deal with this & get well as soon as possible.
    Thanks.

    Oh Dear. Poor her. And I hear the weather in Texas is so very hot now. Hope she will be able to have a removable cast or air cast like my daughter has had. Broke hers 2 years in a row, both times for Christmas & snow.
    Hope the pain eases soon and best wishes for you as you take on the duties of both Mom & Dad for a while, during her recovery.

    Now would be a good time to invest in his and her laptops.

    Update gang...

    Heard from DW at the Orthopedist this morning... NO SURGERY will be required!!!
    The Orthopedist is also gonna' fit her with a boot of some kind, so she can walk on it & toss those pesky, painful cruthches!
