Prayers for a friend.

My best friend just called to say that her Mum has breast cancer. She has to have a lump removed and then chemo. The Drs say her prognosis is good, but my friend's dad died from cancer a few years ago so she is really worried.
I wish there was more I could do for her, and a few extra prayers would really help. Thanks.

I can certainly understand your friend's additional concern based on the families' history with cancer. Hearing the doctor give a positive prognosis for this new diagnosis is a good sign that things will go well. P&P for everyone involved.

An update...
My friend's mum is much better now. Had a mastectomy and tests show that they got all the cells. Has to go back for checks in a few months but Docs are convinced that she is all clear.
