Wow, the family will be in my prayers. P&P to everyone affected.
:wow: How horrible...I can't imagine losing my spouse or mother.
Prayers and Pixie Dust to Andrew and MJ.
Prayers and Pixie dust for all the family.
She did so much for so many others. She will be terribly missed.
My deepest sympathy to Andrew and MJ
I cannot express how saddened I am by this news. I met Bonny and her family very early on and a friendship instantly began. She and her family were very special in so many ways, the most of which was the love and care they had for one another. I was fortunate enough to spend time and laughs with them in the parks, and fondly remember the first day we met in Liberty Square.
She quickly became an active member of the forums whenever possible, as well as a moderator for the special needs forum, which was her idea from the outset. She will be deeply missed.
My deepest sympathies and prayers go out to Andrew and MJ
This is very upsetting to hear. Bonny and I had many conversations about our children (I too have a special needs son). She was a wonderful lady and a great inspiration. She will greatly missed.
Our prayers go out to Andrew and MJ. :tinker::pixiedust
Heaven just gained a beautiful
This news came as a terrible shock, as I had been wondering if we'd see them over this past weekend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Andy, MJ, and their family & friends.
OMG!
I was so shocked to hear this news... I remember Bonny been a regular here and posting with us quite oftena few years back. It is terrible news and my prayers and thoughts are with MJ, Andy and the rest of their family.
My thoughts and prayers will be with their family. How terribly sad.
I just had a chance to speak with Bonny's husband, Andrew, who I know is very appreciative of all of the love and support he and MJ have received from so many of you. Bonny had many friends in the online community, whether they had the pleasure of meeting her and her family in person or not. I was one of the fortunate people to have had the opportunity to know her and spend time with them, and I am a better person as a result of it.
I asked Andrew about what, if anything we could do to help. Fortunately, there is a simple way to reach out to them if you are so inclined.
Thanks to a member of the Celebration Challenger Little League (of which MJ is a player), The Bonny Eby Memorial Fund has been set up through Bank Of America for MJ.
Donations may be made at any Bank of America branch nationwide with the notation "The Bonny Eby Memorial Fund."
A memorial service may be held in the next few months for Bonny, and I will update as I receive any information.
I have always called every member of this community part of our family, and a loss like this is when that truly hits home. I know that now more than ever, Andrew and MJ can use whatever help we can provide, even in the form of some "prayers & pixie dust."
Thanks for the info Lou.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Bonnie's family:grouphug:
I spoke with Bonny's hubby this week and he is doing fairly well. I've been friends with the family for about 5 years now.
He is enrolling MJ in a special school where she will get great care.
He is back to work and trying to go on with his life.
He seems in good spirts.
Just want to give a quick update.
May God Bless them as they live on. I pray MJ adjusts quickly to the new school.
