Prayers for a teen's family

Ok, thrusday the 23rd, when i left for vacation, i found out that one of my friends had passed away due to a car crash. She is a year older than me. Here's what I know that happened:

Alexus and her boyfriend were driving on a major road in town, the went thru a green light, and a tractor trailer hit the passenger side door where lexie was sitting. She was pronounced dead at the sceen. Not only did she pass away, but so did her un-born child. No one knew she was pregnant until the autopsy. I'm sure her boyfriend feels really bad, as he could get charged with murder twice since he was driving. The truck driver isn't getting charged.

What I'm asking, is for prayers to keep her boyfriend out of jail, it was a simple mistake that happened. We are really hopping that he doesn't get charged and that they clear it as a mistake. Second, I'm asking for prayers for Lexie's family, she was going into 10th grade, and had a long future ahead of her. We all are missing her a lot. Every day we go by the high school, we have a rock that sits in front. The rock has been there for decades, and every year a group of students are in charge of the rock to paint it. On the 24th, kids painted the rock as a memorial for Lexie, so we have that reminder of her. Please pray for the family. It's hard to lose a friend, but harder to lose a family member.

Oh gosh! What a sad situation all around. I definitely will send prayers their way.

Wow, this is incredibly sad. Prayers for you, your family and friends and prayers for mercy and grace for the young man. May he also learn to forgive himself, so that he doesn't feel so guilty that he becomes a danger to himself.

what a terrible and horrific thing to have happened. I dont know the young lady who was killed but after reading the story my heart goes out to the family. i send my prayers to the young lady and the little baby. rest in peace.

her funeral was on wednesday. everyone cant stop thinking about it. she was always the one to cheer everyone up. thanks everyone ill pass everyones message to her family.

its.. difficult.. but everyone is really pulling together and getting everyone thru. it was really hard at first. Come monday ill be at the high school with everyone and it will be difficult seeing everyone and not lexy. but thats why we have friends who care. Really, i do feel for everyone who has ever lost someone. Ive lost 2 so far, and im only just starting high school. I do send out prayers to anyone who has lost a loved one, because I know they'd do the same for me. God Bless all of you.

We still do not know wheather Lexy's boyfriend is being charged or not. That is still undecided. So far, hes not going. Keep up the prayers and maybe he wont. We are all hoping he doesn't get sent to prison.

Worried about you, that is two very close together that have passed, add in your other woes and that is a lot to handle.
