Hugs to great grandma sparrow. Is there a program that can help older folks get AC. in your area or maybe a senior center she can go to during the worse part of the day, if she feels up to it.
My great grandma is currently suffering from cancer, and she is extremely sad and lonely. She has one more Kemo-therapy treatment to go, and all those heavy duty drugs they are giving her, are whiping her clean. Yesterday I had the chance to visit her, and she does not look good. Aside from the fact that she has no air conditioning whatsoever in her house, doesn't make her feel any better. She feels weak, sweaty, and even dizzy once in a while. At least she still has her sense of humor which is always a good thing. I am hoping she will be better but her chances aren't looking too good. I will keep you updated with some more information about her.

I am not sure that she wants to be going somewhere she is unfamiliar with. She would rather stay home (even though it's extremely hot there)
Thanks for the prayers![]()

I believe
I believe in believing - until my very last minute of truth , I don't give up . even when it will be hard to see it through
I will go on
I will go on , no matter what , still dedicated all the way through
I'll live my dreams the same way I do my life , by taking one step at a time
I have some good news; Great Grandma is feeling a little bit better. I am hoping for the best for her! She is such a sweetie, and I would never want to see her go.
I had a family member go through that last year. I know what you and your Great Grandma are going through. Keep a smile on your face when you see her. Think happy thoughts. Cherish every moment you have with her. Keep praying and God bless.

Here is an update:
As I posted before, my great grandma does not have air conditioning (which is a bummer in the weather we have been experieincing) She always is hot, and tired, and very worn out. But on Saturday, my dad and my uncles were working on building my grandma a fence, and she decided to come. First, she was inside watching golf, and then decided to come outside! She is such a strong individual for her age![]()
MissSparrow Iwill say a little prayer for your great grandma. Grandparents are special people I wish mine were still with me. Cherish each day!!! and I hope and pray you have many many more days with her to cherish![]()
