Question about All Star Sports Resort

Just a quick question. Are there hair dryers or coffee makers in the rooms? I have seen a picture that shows an ironing board (like I'm going to do THAT on my vacation)
We stayed at the ASMusic a couple of years ago and I can't remember about the hair dryers.

there are hair dryers at the all star resort... but I must warn you that well.... they stink. They tend to overheat very quickly, so if you need to use one for an extended amount of time you might want to bring your own, but its not necessary.

And, there are no coffee makers in the room.

Yes Donna there are hair dryers and coffee makers! At least at All Star Movies Resort there are!

I stayed in February. Hairdryers are "upon request", we found that out a little too late.

A little off topic here, but does anyone know if you need to request a fridge at Port Orleans Riverside or do all the rooms already have them?

When we went in 2003 we had a coffee maker in our room because we made coffee there instead of going down to the food court.

well... im almost positive that having a fridge is upon request. have you checked the disney website? because they usually list the amenities. And maybe they do have coffee makers. I know Pop Century though not an Allstar Resort did not have a coffee maker I was just there a week or 2 ago.

A refrigerator (spelling) will cost you about $10 a day to have in the room.

I don't remember seeing a coffee maker nor a hair dryer at All Star Sports/ Music, maybe you need to request those?

Thanks guys. I will probably take my own, I was just wondering if there was already one there. One less thing to take. Too bad there are no coffee makers. I was hoping to take some packets of Tim Hortons coffee to have every morning. The Canadians will appreciate what I mean.

Oooooooh yesssssss!

You can always pack a small 4 cup machine! I think my mom packed a toaster last time we went together, she likes to have her toast first thing in the morning.
