All of the premium resorts have it, you have to book on the concierge level, and it is expensive

We have done concierge at the Poly and AKL.

Concierge at Poly gets you into Hawaii bldg which has great location and two-level concierge lounge. You can pay extra for lagoon view. We did. It was the best view we have ever had. We had the third floor and watched the MK fireworks, a couple getting married at the point, the lake and the boats, etc. It was great. We will do this again.

Because of the great location to MK and Epcot, we found that we actually used the concierge lounge frequently. We really loved going there for b'fast. We could sit back and relax and read paper or plan day and DS(6) would sit around TV with other kids and watch Mickey's Clubhouse. Desserts were also good.

We used the concierge service prior to our trip to book our ADR's. No worries. They did it all and I didn't have to worry about making all those calls.

We loved concierge and thought it was well worth it.

In addition to having concierge book our ADR's we also used them to book us into the Wanyama Safari and the Safari B'fast. Both of these very wonderful experiences are only available to concierge guests. So another advantage is special tours.

The downside of having concierge at AKL is that the resort is so far away from the parks that we found we did not use the concierge lounge except at b'fast. Concierge also includes some other items like turn down service

At finer hotels the concierge rooms are typically larger with better beds, linens, baths, furniture, etc. We did not find a major difference between concierge and non-concierge rooms at Disney in that area like you would at a Ritz Carlton. But Disney has those special touches like views of the MK and towel animals in your room.

If you are still interested, I highly recommend purchasing "The Luxury Guide to Walt Disney World Resort" by Cara Goldsbury. We loved the book and got many great tips for our vacation.
