I think you still get extra magic hours (im not sure though so you might want to look into it a little more). I do, however, know that you are not able to participate in the Disney Dining Plan.

I'm glad somebody answered that- I was wondering myself.
Trickster might know. I think they have stayed at one of them.
Dreams Really Do Come True
You definitely get extra magic hours.
You won't get things bought in the parks delivered to your room but they can be delivered to the hotel's front desk/ gift shop (can't remember which). And you won't be able to charge any purchases outside your hotel to your room.
You're on the same Disney boat as Yacht/Beach Club and Boardwalk to MGM and EPCOT and you have your own Disney Bus to the other parks.
And you can save a lot of money vs the price of other EPCOT hotels if you can snag one of their discount rates.![]()

Howdy!
We haven't actually stayed at either, but we were going too.
The Swan & Dolphin are privately owned and it is therefore as others have said: You can enjoy the Disney Transportation and EMHs, but you can't charge anything back to your room - although you can have items delivered back to the Hotel.

I was thinking of staying at the swan and dolphin and was wondering if they provide Magical Express or some sort of transportation to and from the airport.
Sorry, no, guests staying at Swan and Dolphin aren't eligible for Disney's Magical Express. DME is available only for guests at DIsney owned-and-operated resorts.
You'll have to make your own transportation arrangements. Among the non-Disney hotels in the area, there's no such thing as a hotel that provides its guests airport transportation (except for some hotels right next to the airport itself).
Your options are a car service, a rental car, or a taxi. Between a car service and a taxi, I'd pick a car service ... not must difference in cost but a higher level of service.

We stayed at the Dolphin in October for F&W. It is a very nice hotel & we had an awesome view of Epcot. We watched the fireworks from our balcony the first night there. We liked being close to the back entrance to Epcot.
As people have already said -- 90% of the perks (Magic Express, charging privilleges, dining plan) are not available @ Dolphin or Swan.
That said, it is a lovely hotel & a great location!
