New member looking for lodging info
Hi, everyone. First-time poster. Is it OK to ask a question regarding a non-Disney property here? If someone would let me know, then I'll ask my question about a property that I have already booked for a January trip. Just don't want to make people angry at me after one post! Thanks.

Thanks, Ariel. I booked my stay at the Tuscana resort. It's a brand new resort, that just opened in 2007. I looked at tripadvisor.com, but only found a couple (positive) reviews there. Just wondering if anyone on this forum may have stayed there since it opened.
Thanks for any responses!!
You can ask just about anything here- most of us won't bite.
Wish I could help! The only off property places I have stayed at are near Downtown Disney. Sorry! But, welcome to DWT!
Dreams Really Do Come True
Rogijebe, sorry I cna't help you with you question but I do rely on Trip Advisor quite a bit so I see 2 positive responses on there, hopefully they are right. You should post an intro about yourself on the Introduce Yourself forum, we are a pretty easy going group around here, a question like that would never rile us, but I hope someone has an answer for you.
Is there anyway to cancel it and stay on Property?
It was all started by a mouse!
Nope, it's already paid for.
Rogijebe, welcome to the board brother. Okay, so you've already paid for it and you are off property, no problem. I stayed off property in April of 07. My advice to you is rent a car, do not take taxis and do not take the hotel shuttle. You will wait an extremely long amount of time on both of them and taxis are expensive.
Advantages to stayin on Property
1. Resort Transoportaion to and from parks with easy, fast, and reliable pick ups
2. You get extra magic hours at the parks.
3. You don't have to pay for cars, taxi's or waste time on the shuttle.
It couldn't have been any worse than the property I stayed on....the lake suites hotel....it acutally wasn't that bad and Id recommend it to someone. I must say at Disneyworld staying on property is the only way to go.
