I love Shades of Green! The restaurants are pretty good and they have an ice cream shop, 5 pools, a gift shop, a cafe, and a Starbucks.One restaurant is a buffet and that is a good place to get breakfast and the food is really good. You can also buy tickets to shows in the hotel and you get them for a cheaper price(I think). The hotel is newly renovated, they updated the old building and they also made a whole new building. Poly is not that far but you take buses to the parks and to the monorails, some buses goes to more than one location. The buses come at certain times and very rarely are they late. A bus will NEVER come early and once you miss the bus you have to wait 30 mins to an hour for the next one. The buses look different and when you are at the parks the bus will say Shades of Green but you will know which one it is becuase it sort of sitcks out like a sore thumb. FW is the only MK resort we've stayed at. One day we are hoping to stay at the Poly or maybe the WL, any of the MK resorts would be a dream for us to stay at. We have also stayed at
Dixie Landings (before it was POR)
All Star Sports
Caribbean Beach
Pop Century
POR

I think next time we want to split our stay between POFQ and CS

Of the Magic Kingdom resorts I have stayed at the Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Wilderness Lodge. All of them were great and if you had the chance to stay at one of them I would recommend them. I would really like to stay at the Contemporary, especially after the refurb of the rooms recently.

I've stayed at The Contemporary and GF. The last time i visited WDW there were'nt anywhere near as many resort to choose from, i think i can remember the Swan and Dolphin being under constuction
