I've heard great things about Pop, so I think I will be staying there when we go in March - hopefully they will have AP rooms still available! So far, the only Value Resorts I've stayed in are the All Stars. We drive to the parks from our resort, so busses aren't an issue. However, when we do use the busses, they are very efficient. I like the theming of the All Stars as well.

just stayed in POP for the first time last week. Loved the location. Shorter bur rides to all the parks and DTD except DAK. And the dedicated buses are a major plus.
