Renting from Dave's DVC site vs going through mousefan

I was wondering if anyone has used Dave's DVC site to rent their accomodations? If so, how was it and was it convenient. Did you find you got more for your money rather than either going straight from the Disney site or Mousefan?

I've never been through Dave's site.
I go to WDW on the average of every 3 months. The last 4 trips and the next in Oct I have rented from the DIS site. (I'm going again to Orlando in 2 weeks but going to visit other parks and just going to DWD for 1 day for my 25th anniversary) Usually the going rate is 10 to 11.00 per point. You can also get references to those renting. I have a standing agreement with 1 person to pre rent 80 points per year @ 9.00 per point. I pay them in advance then tell her when I want it and where avalable. Another I just rent casually. Old Key West has the least of rental points needed for a stay and usually where I want to stay from now on. I stayed at Saratoga. It was alright. The Gym is awesome.
