Value - Pop Century, All Star Sports, Music, and Movies
Moderate - Coronado Springs, New Orleans- French
Deluxe - Grand Floridian Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge
Vacation Club - Saratoga Springs
By far the Grand Floridian was the best(we got upgraded from the Animal Kingdom Lodge), but it was the only hotel we had concierge service plus I got Engaged there in October 2005.
Saratoga Springs was the most relaxing hotel and Pop Century the most fun.
The amenities and transportation options were fabulous at the contemporary but if you are going to spend that much money to stay at a old hotel, staying in THE TOWER is a must(especially with a MK view. Staying in the wings was such a rip off, the views were not good and the walks to the main building were not fun (especially in the rain).
Anyone has a suggestion to where I should stay next, I want to go to one I have not been to yet. I can't seem to get a good deal EVER on the Beach, Yacht and Boardwalk? Gees even the GF was cheeper to stay in (although I was upgraded). How is the Carribbean and New Orleans - River Side?
I haven't updated my list in a while so here goes.
Value- All Star Music 2, Movies 1, Sports 2, Pop Century 1
Moderate- Caribbean Beach 2, Coronado Springs 2, Port Orleans Riverside 1
Deluxe- Wilderness Lodge 2, Walt Disney World Swan 2, Contemporary North Garden 1
I've only been to the All Star Sports which was fine for us. I'd like to try the moderate and the deluxe resorts one day but for our next visit it'll probably be the Sports again or the Pop Century. It'll be our first trip with the kids and I think they will love the huge props everywhere!

I have stayed at a few myself (you can see from my signature below), I like staying at a different one each time so that I can say I have stayed at EVERY resort on property at least once :yahoo: .
One of my favorite ones was the Contemporary, when I was deciding which one to stay at, one of my now close friends practically 'begged' me to stay there, she told me which rooms to ask for so that when I slept at night with the curtains open, I would be facing the castle perfectly :hurray: . I have to say she was right on the money. Also my 2 DS's loved seeing the monorail going through the hotel.
you are so luckey in tree weaks you are going to wdw i am gooing in jully because i have no school
Im not going in 3 weeks:no: , but in 2 months and 3 weeks, I am going the end of june:yahoo:
Stayed in "All Star Sports" in 1997 & loved it there...........but...................
Sinse then have stayed Off..Site as we don,t get over often enough ....so when we do .we like to try & see a bit more than just Disney...............as we come for 3 weeks we try to fit in a "Clearwater Beach " trip & a daytrip down to Miami,
also some Dinner Shows & can,t miss out on a visit to "Florida Mall" &" Premium Outlets" so we stay International Drive area as its so convienient for getting out & about as well as getting to Disneyworld.
i need the ability to re-vote since I've stayed at other resorts since i voted... :inquis:
I've stayed at:
Boardwalk, Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, Port Orleans French Quarter (back when it was just Port Orleans), All Star Sports, All Star Music, Pop Century, and the Fort Wilderness Campground.
(it needs to be said that my mom is a travel agent and we usually stay at mulitple resorts for one or two nights each so she can get a feel for each hotel...it's not like I've stayed for any long periods of time at any of these resorts, save the Polynesian and Fort Wilderness Campground....*drove from CT with a bunch of other firemen's families to camp for ten days...that was an experience!!*)
If you are looking for the larget room on WDW property, stay at the Old Key WEst Resort. The 1 BDRM suite is especially gigantic with a 5 person jacuzzi! It is my favorite place. I held a (college) party there once. It was great and none of the noise carried to other rooms. I love it
I've stayed at a few different resorts but I'd have to pick the Contemporary as my favorite. The location was awesome but I think what really made the resort awesome was the fact that we had a room in the tower facing the Magic Kingdom - so close to it you felt like you could throw a ball and hit Space Mountain! Great views and so easy to get to and from the Magic Kingdom.
Contemporary is by far my favorite but also the new Shades of Green is fantastic. I saw that it wasn't on the poll but it's still really cool.
