Luggage Before Check-In
This might be a question that has already been addressed on the podcast, but there are so many questions answered on there and I wouldn't know where to start except to go through every single episode again.
I travel alot for Harry Potter conventions and I usually get to the hotels before check-in time because of events that I want to attend early in the day. Sometimes the hotel will let me check-in myself and my luggage and they bring the luggage to my room when it's ready and I get my room key when I get back from wherever.
But sometimes the hotels won't do that and I end up dragging my luggage everywhere with me.
I haven't been back to Disney since highschool and have never stayed on property before. So what do Disney hotels do? If I get there before usual check-in time, am I able to leave my bags with them and then head on out to a park if I want?

Re: Luggage Before Check-In
If you are flying in and using Magical Express, you will say goodbye to your luggage at home and won't see it again until you are in your room. Sort of. Magical Express will get your luggage and bring it to the hotel. From there it will be put in your room as your room is ready. However, this may take approximately 6 hours (Worse case I have heard is 10). But you don't have to worry about a thing.
If you are using Magical Express, you can pick up your luggage and then bring it to the bus and it would be with you at the hotel when you get there.
If you are driving down or not using Magical Express, you can check in to your hotel with your luggage and Bell Services would store your luggage until your room is ready so you could go out to the parks.
Does that answer your question?

Re: Luggage Before Check-In
Just to put it out there...if you check out of your room and have time before heading back to the airport, you can also have bell services store your luggage until it's time to leave!
