Downtown Disney Double Tree Resort

HI EVERYONE!! I'm planning a WDW trip for late September, and I've been thinking about instead of doing a Disney Resort (mostly on the fact that all the AP rooms are booked up) I do a Downtown Disney Double Tree. I've stayed at the 6 other DD resorts, anyone have any info or their own pics of resort?? Thanks!

We also have stayed at almost every DD hotel over the years. We never did the Doubletree because the walk to DD was a lot longer than some of the other choices.

I stayed there quite a few years ago. It was nice and roomy, with a little living room and kitchen. You could close the bifold doors between the bedroom and the living room where the kids were sleeping on the pull out couch. Free breakfast in the morning was nice too.
