| The Harry Potter fandom's little Disney Freak | Just Booked! Port Orleans French Quarter Okay! So at first we (my BFF and I) were planning on going to Disney in July 2010 and meshing it together with a Harry Potter convention going on in Orlando at the same time and getting two obsessions for the price of one. But.... we live in Minnesota and I think the summers here are bad enough. I can't handle a Florida summer. So... we cut out the Harry Potter convention, we've been to plenty of them anyways. And we moved our Disney plans to September of 2010 instead and we added two more people to the trip. And we planned on staying at one of the All-Star resorts and getting two rooms (one guy in the group so we can't all share beds in one room). But... Michelle could not get the original plan out of her head since our July idea had a moderate resort in mind. So we looked it up... found that it only added $300 to the vacation per person... and we booked our rooms this morning for Port Orleans French Quarter! For September 28 - October 6, 2010! (tuesday to the next wednesday). Soooo.... this basically puts us right in the middle of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party AND Epcot's Food and Wine Festival. *bounce bounce* I'm excited. |

| Re: Just Booked! Port Orleans French Quarter You are going to love it! We just returned home from 10 nights at POFQ. It is by far our favorite moderate resort and quickly becoming our favorite resort period. We've spent our last 4 vacations there! Be sure to try the beignets at Sassagoula Floatworks!! My boys have them for breakfast every morning during our stays! |

| Re: Just Booked! Port Orleans French Quarter I love to stay in the Port Orleans French Quarter! It is our favorite resort and consider it "home" and it brings back many memories. I love the size of the resort because it is so small and you really don't have a long walk from anywhere. It is the first stop of the buses which is nice as well. Regards, |
