WDW college program

Have you ever done the wdw college program? If so can u help me with these questions? Ok, they are about the job roles. If you have or know someone that has worked in these roles what was it like? did you like it? Did you hate it? thanks for your answers

Roles:
*Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?
*Character attendant?
*Costuming?
*Recreation?
*House keeping?
*Concierge?
*Bell services/Dispatch?

I will start the program in January, but i've made friends with a lot of people who are either currently in the program, or have been in the program. After talking with them, and attending the presentations i can tell you this.

If you have lifeguarding experience, they will most likely put you in the role. They have over 20 resorts with pools, and 2 of the largest water parks in the world. They could always use more life guards.

But for the rest of us, the most popular roles in the WDWCP are Attractions, Merchandise, Quick Service Food & Beverage, Main Entrance Operations, Character Attendant, and more. There are a lot more actually, but these tend to be the most popular.

What i've heard from everyone, is no matter what role you get in the program, it's amazing. I am still on the quest to hear something negative about the program.

I'm currently on my 5th CP. I love being back in FL, and hope to work at Disney FT after my CP ends (or being able to extend). I've only done character attendant out of the roles you listed. It is a lot of fun. I love being able to work in all 4 parks. And I love being able to interact with the characters and guests. I also know people who have done BBB and costuming, and they all enjoyed the roles.

I had a friend and a few school mates who was in the CP and did fast food. I had applied and was accepted by they wanted me to lifeguard and my school wasn't going to give me credit for that, so I had to decline. I know my friend had a blast! It's more social than educational, but I wish you lots of luck!
