Changes to Maya Grill Breakfast Offerings

Effective Tuesday, February 23, the Maya Grill restaurant at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will be altering their breakfast offerings.

The restaurant, which currently offers a breakfast buffet, will be switching to an à la carte menu.

Reservations booked for 2/23 and beyond will continue to be honored. Reservations for the new à la carte format are now available by contacting Disney Dining on (407) WDW-DINE.

Well that is encouraging! I've seen so many go from a la carte to buffet
but rarely from a buffet to an à la carte menu.


I am not a fan of bouncing up and down to fetch my own food. I'm not a Tigger!

The new menu of Maya Grill sounds tasty. Maya Grill is really great place!! I have been there in Sep with family and had breakfast. We were sitting close to the buffet table and had a fair view of Maya Grill's kitchen and I had view of making some of the food and it was amazing.
