sounds cool. When we were at one of our magic music days one of the guys in the park told us that they were talking about another park as well to include all the villians but he said he didn't know if it would actually happen.
While driving through the back roads of Disney, I came across a new resort that was being erected. It was off the beaten path and the roads intersected with back entrances to Port Orleans, I think, while others ran off to a training area, childcare center, and other staff buildings. I wonder if what I saw this past December was to be the entrance of this resort? Everyone we asked that day was pretty tight-lipped.
Sounds like a great idea... also sounds a lot like All Star Movies. HOWEVER, it seems like even better theming. I'm sure today's kids can relate much more to the Little Mermaid than they can to the Mighty Ducks.

It will be interesting to see if they use the existing unfinished (Legends 10 20 30 40...) buildings.

For the value question: you'll be able to compare what they're building with the current family suites at All Star Music. Not priced the same as a value, more along the lines of a moderate, but it saves you from needing 2 connecting rooms, plus you'd have a lot more space for a family of 4 if you wanted it.

Sounds exciting! Always a big fan of a new value resort to stay in. This looks like such fun!
Meep? Meep mee mee meep. Mi mee meep. Meeeep!
Well I am glad to hear they are finally doing something with those ghost town buildings (the legendary years), but I was hoping for a grander type of homage to the art of Disney Animation than a value resort, it sounds to me like another All-Star Movies...but I am just glad its not another DVC Resort

I read about this a couple days ago. I think the price range was $1.5 to $9 million. I think they wanted $25,000 down now before anything is built. It said this is Disney's largest residential development since the city of Celebration.
