Online resort check-in service

Hi,

We're due to arrive at Beach Club Resort next week and I wanted to check us in before we arrived, but using the Online Check-In Service at Disney's website I get an error message saying that this service is not available.
We booked our holiday via Disney travel company here in the UK.

Is this service only available for people in the US?
And also, have anyone else in the UK had the same error as me?

I'm not sure about the UK, but we had to be within 10 days of arrival when I used it last year. Hope that helps.

We're well within the 10 days period (we arrive Oct 14th) but I still get the error "Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later."
It is not the end -of-the-world if it doesn't work but ....

It very well could be because you are accessing from the UK. When it first came out, I can not remember if there were some restrictions such as US and Canada. Have a great trip anyway.

Thanks for your reply.
Just got it confirmed that since we in the UK book our travel through Disney Travel Co. UK, and have the 12 digit res code, we can't use the online check-in service.
Ah well, worth a try anyway.
Yes we can't wait to get away now. It's 3 years ago and this time we staying a Beach Club instead of our "usual" Riverside.

It's just a shame it saved us a ton of time checking in(at Riverside), man was the regular check-in line long. Have fun anyway and tell us how you like the Beach Club. Do you have the dining plan? We had it last September and had one of our best meals ever at Yachtsmans. Have a wonderful time!

I certainly will. Yes we have the dining plan, had it last time as well, and it was ell worth it. Never ate so much good in 2 weeks. Thanks for the tip about the Yachtsman, and thanks for the wishes.

On line check-in sounds great and quick, but I love chatting with the Cast Members and being booked in personally!

You still get to talk to a cast member, but everything was ready for us and we had a separate and much shorter line for check-in. Our key to the world cards were already and our check-in package was already it just made it that much faster and we bypassed the regular check-in line.

I tried to do online check-in tonight. Kept saying that I need to fill in all the spaces. I had everything filled in and still said I needed to fill in the highlighted fields. There was deffinately something wrong.
