Now that free wifi is available at most resorts, how 'crowded' is the bandwidth?
I'll be down to the World next month and I plan to take advantage of the wifi at Bay Lake Tower.
I do plan on bringing my Airport Express as a backup, if needed.

The massive WiFi roll out is continuing around Walt DIsney World with the latest addition being Disney's Port Orleans Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort gaining free WiFi in public areas (lobby and feature pool area). No word yet on when full guest room free WiFi will be available, but public area access is a welcome feature for many guests.
Free WiFi worked fine for me this past week. No password needed, just had to be able to access the main page, click "I agree" and you were in.
So, how much did it keep you out of the park/s?
I was at the parks for just one day. Plus, it kept me busy during the nights, which meant not spending money at the Boardwalk or DTD.
Hahahahaha...
"It started at the deluxe resorts back in October 2011, and Disney has today reached a full roll-out of complimentary WiFi Internet access to all Walt Disney World Resorts, including the value resorts. WiFi is now available in guests rooms, along with most common areas, including pool areas, restaurants, lobby areas, and bus loading zones."
