Royal Room or Bayou?
We are staying at Port Orleans in September, and I'm debating between a Royal Room and a Preferred Bayou room. The difference is about $40 for our 10 day trip, so it's not so much a cost thing but a sleeping arrangement. We only have four people, but my kids like sleeping on their own if possible. My son loved the daybed at the Yacht Club, and so the trundle bed seemed idea. However, being as they are 12 (twins!), the trundle looked a bit small for them. We stayed in the bayou a couple years ago, and I know the older trundles would definitely be to small, but I don't know about these. Has anyone stayed at the rehabbed rooms? How big is the trundle bed? Would a 12-year-old fit?
I love the Royal Rooms; they look fabulous. Those beds are queens, right? I'm thinking my kiddos may have to just get cozy for a few days. :mickeykid
