Yes, DVC resorts have what is called Grand Villas
Those resorts include: Old Key West, Boardwalk Villas, Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas, Saratoga Springs, Bay Lake Tower, Wilderness Lodge Villas, Beach Club Villas
Grand Villa: The average Grand Villa is 2,142 square feet. This is a three bedroom, three bath Villa, that has a master bedroom which includes a king-sized bed and private whirlpool tub, two other bedrooms which each include two queen-sized beds and a private bathroom, a living room area that has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, full-sized washer and dryer and a private balcony. There are both one- and two-story Grand Villas at the Boardwalk. Per Disney, this Grand Villa will accommodate "12 adults maximum, plus one child under the age of 3 in a crib".
If you are not a DVC member may I suggest renting points from a member I believe there are sites
( Disney Vacation Club Rent Trade Information on How to Rent DVC Points ) where you can do this because paying out of pocket at regular rights would most likely break anyone's bank
Most of the Villa's at the Deluxe resorts have them and sleep I think 8-9ish.
The Tree Houses sleep 9 with 3 bedrooms. I choose this one. :mickeykid
Also the Presidential Suites at Swan and Dolphin have 3 bedroom units too.
