I consider it on-site. We have never stayed there, prefering a vacation home, but it is certainly on property like the Swan and Dolphin.
Do you consider Shades of Green on-site or off-site, thats where i stay because my dads in the military. Its a military owned and operated hotel and is only available to people in the military, but we still get extra magic hours and free parking. What would you consider it?

It is considered on property. It was originally owned and operated by Disney and open to all guests.
Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.
