Orlando Accomodations

Through my fiancee's convention that he will be attending we received a list of recommended hotel's to stay at.

Quality Inn International
HOward Johnson Plaza
Doubletree Castle
Sheraton World Resort
Rosen Plaza
Wyndham Orlando

We would like to use one of the above properties because this gives him free shuttle to the convention center.
We have also foudn the westgate lakes to look very nice also.
I would like to only stay where there are pool.fitness center on site as i will have time to kill during the day. We will also be going to wdw and need to find an appropriate way to get there.

Do any of you have any experience with any of the hotel's listed.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
