Boardwalk Help

I'm going in august and we're staying at the boardwalk so I just need to know the highlights there.

well, you can attempt to sneak in to the Stormalong bay pool at Y and BC.

the pool and waterslide are top notch. you will LOVE them. the boardwalk at night comes alive with sights/sounds/smells. you will NOT be disappointed.

great restaurants and being able to walk to epcot are def great perks.

Restaurants - Flying Fish and Spoodles are really good. ESPN bar & grill and store. A bakery that is really good. Activites and old fashion boardwalk shows in the evenings. You can ride a surrey bicyles for 2, 4, 6, or 6 plus 2 small children to ride around the boardwalk over to the beach and yacht club. There is also a dueling piano bar that is really good. For 50's style food and FANTASTIC ice go over to the Beach Club to 'Beaches and Cream' for a fun time - try the Kitchen Sink!

The bakery is amazing they employ some of the top pastry chefs in the world (info courtesy of the food network) The proximity to Epcot is great and the Miniature golf courses are nearby as well. If you're willing to spend more on a room it offers a great concierge service.

You'll be close to everything. Epcot and Disney-MGM Studios are in walking distance. There's bicycles that you can. There's dining and shopping right there and the Boardwalk glimmering in the night is well worth it
