Yes and the Tree House Villa's are still alive and kicking. They are seen daily by guests of both the FQ & POR as they ride the ferries on the Sassagoula River to Downtown Disney. They are currently being used as Student Housing for the International College Program cast members.

Just booked 2 more trips this past weekend....one for Saratoga Springs over the 4th of July and one for Pop Century in August! I've never stayed at either of them but I'm so excited!!

I have stayed at the Contemporary once ( in the 80"s), the Disney Inn-4 times (now Shades of Green), Caribbean Beach-1, Port Orleans-Riverside 4 times (once while it was still Dixie Landings). I would like to stay at the Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom once in my life. But by far my favorite is Port Orleans-Riverside.

For the longest time we didn't stay on property so even though I've been nearly 20 times, I've only stayed at 5 resorts.

LOL!! To be honest we're huge fans of ASMo. We're staying there again in May. Our son loves it as do we. That said however I think next year we're doing a big family trip with my mom and staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge (in a 2br suite - woot!).

hahaha Very nice! I've been trying to get to Animal Kingdom Lodge since it opened, but unfortunately only my Dad and I are animal fans in my house, and my mom is afraid of being downwind haha Have fun!

We just returned from our stay at SSR and had an enjoyable time. The rooms are really nice - great furnishing and decor; well-appointed. We stayed in The Springs section which is convenient to the Carriage House with the food court and lobby; however next time we go we will request the Grand Stand. There are five bus stops and The Springs is the last and the Grand Stand is the first. Plus, GS is not very far from the food court (a little walk, but not too bad) and they have a large quiet pool that has its own pool bar).

We have also enjoyed the Pop as well. It is smaller than the All Star properties - so, to us, it is easier to get around. Plus, it is on a lake and at night you can see the fireworks in Epcot.

We have been fortunate enough to stay at 12 WDW resorts and some of the other Disney properties (DL, TDL, HKDL). I can't wait for us to try out the ones we have missed including Grand Floridian, Poly and Ft Wilderness!
