I didn't even know there was a trail between tomorrowland and toontown.
-
I wouldn't exactly call it a trail, but at the Halloween party I think they call it Mad Hatter's Trick or Treat Trail. If you start in Toontown, start in the way back by the train stop.
I think my favorite spot at MGM is just past Star Tours on your way to Muppets. We saw Kermit and Miss Piggy there once.
One of my favorite spots at Epcot is right outside Mission:Space. There is a nice, shady spot there where I sat and drank a Sprite to calm my upset tummy- darn space ship.

The Treat Trail. But it's only called that for MNSSHP.
Yeah, it's really relaxing back there. That's because almost no one knows it's there.

That reminds me of one... I wouldn't go so far as to call this my "favorite" place in EPCOT, but a place I do enjoy going just to get out of the heat and relax for a few minutes is at Club Cool. Sometimes it's pretty chaotic in there, but at other times its downright empty, and the air cronditioning an free drinks just can't be beat on some days. It would be nicer if they had a place to sit down too, but I can't really complain with what we've got already.

Looks like many of us had the same idea. The Patterserie is one my favorite places too. Before Disney Dining, my wife and I would not order dessert at whatever restaurant we were eating in and head over to France. We timed it just right so that Illuminations was starting which we've seen hundreds of times. So while everyone was watching the show, we had this entire area to ourselves. Plus, the lights a dimmed for the show so it's something of romantic place too--as we stuff our faces with French pastry!

Like... DUH!!!
Well since you brought it up, one place I like to go to watch the fireworks in behind the shops in Liberty Square. Everyone heads to the front of the castle to make an easy escape down Main St. One night we were meandering around behind the Liberty Tree when the show started. We stayed right there sitting on a stone wall all alone. I also discovered that the roofs of the buildings all have a sprinkler system that turn on during the fireworks. I heard water running through the gutters but there wasn't a could in the sky. I looked up and there were the sprinkers!

This is completely random, but speaking of sprinklers... I was at MNSSHP one year walking through Liberty Square. All of a sudden it started raining on us. We ran under one of the buildings to try to ride it out and then realized others were walking around outside and it looked like they were dry so we chanced it and ran out from under the building. It turns out Disney pranked us! They had turned the sprinklers on us like it was raining! We laughed and laughed all night long.

Mine is the gardens at Canada.

Last time we went to AK, my son was gettin really ready for a nap...so I was lookin for a quiet spot away from alot of people, I ducked into a little walkway right before the bridge to africa and it was the back entrance to around the Tree of Life!!! lots of benches, shady spots and we sat there for a good 30 minutes to get my son to sleep and MAYBE 5 people walked by!! Its amazing!! Then we walked behind some waterfall that flows beside the tree of life...Never would have found that one on the map!!

Maybe the street is the path over to the noodle station?

Animal Kingdom
My favourite spot in AK is opposite the Tusker House to the right of the shop. There is a shaded courtyard with seats and tables that is a great place to rest and cool off. Sometimes there are characters in there. Last time King Louie was there

My favorite little resting spot in MGM is the book store next to the sci-fi restaurant...The Artist's....somethingorother...help me out here? Anyway, there is a nice, quiet little spot right in the window and I always sit and have a coffee and watch the people go by while I am waiting for my daughter to get off Star Tours (motion sickness keeps me off that ride). Now...here's a question....when Mission Space first opened I happened across a littel spot outside somewhere near (rode that one once just to say I did, but again, motion sickness)....it was a small, shallow little pond with koi and it was surrounded by rocks so it was somewhat hidden. Now, however, I believe it's gone. Does anyone else know what I'm referring to here?
