We think the easiest place to meet characters is the Character Landing in AK, that DisneyLover87 mentioned above. We waited less than 5 minutes and were able to get Tigger, Pooh,Piglet,Rabbit and Eyeore's pictures. Eyeore wasn't able to sign autographs, no thumbs.
My favorite character is Lilo, and our last trip..4 days had gone by and I tried to find her at MGM but never hit the timing quite right. I saw her in the parade, but wanted a picture with her. While in AK though, I walked through a gift shop and out the other door, and who's standing there but Lilo and Stitch. So I whipped out my silk flowered Hawaiin Lei I had in my purse,( just in case I met Lilo), Shethought that was so funny,!!! I had my picture taking with her, which now sits on my desk at work!

*If you want to go to Character Spot at Epcot, make sure to go first thing because now huge lines form
My favorite character spot is probably in front of the Hat, as it is the only spot to get the characters in the YOAMD outfits.

I loved getting to see both Cinderella and Prince Charming together at MK.
Also, the Queen of Hearts, she was great!
At Epcot, back in Morrocco you can see Genie and Aladdin. Then over in China, seeing Mushu. I keep trying to get Daisy but she is never out and about!

Disney Fan and Twilighter
We went to the Toon Town Hall of Fame tent late at night at pratically no one was there! It was so bare and went buy really quickly. Usually the line goes by faster if there is no photographer and if you have a camera you still get to capture the magic!
