Favorite form of Transportation

this came up with my family on our last wdw trip. how should we travel from park to park. my sister argued for the monorail the whole time,and my did wanted to drive the car. i really didnt care aslong as we got there. but as our trip progressed i had a favorite,

it was the MONORAIL!!!!!!! i usually dont agree with my sister but she was right on this one.

When me,my girlfriend and some of our friends went last summer we got to sit in the drivers area so that was cool.

I agree that the monorail is great and absolutely must be experienced at least once during each trip to Disney!! But the bus can be fun too if you have a good driver. We had a driver one time that did trivia questions the whole way from the resort to the park. Of course, thanks to Lou and this board I knew most of the answers :-) That was fun. Wish they would train more of the bus drivers to do stuff like that.

I like it all because I'M AT WDW!!!

But I really like the monorail the best.

For me, it's a tie between the monorail and the buses -- I like the monorail for obvious reasons, but the bus is nice because it's generally very well air conditioned and the bus drivers are nice, and I don't know, I get a cool feeling when I'm in one

You have to make it apoint to, next time you are in WDW. It just feels like Disney. :-)

I like to enter the Magic Kingdom via the monorail. I usually ride it all the way around and go through the three hotel stops first. It just helps me get that "I'm really on vacation feel!" The monorail is also the best entrance to Epcot. Since it circles around the Spaceship Earth, it gives you at liittle taste of what's to come.
We usually get the bus to Disney-MGM from our hotel, but my favorite mode of transportation there is catching a Friendship launch from the Boardwalk and riding the boat to the dock by The Studios.
The greatest way to get to Ft. Wilderness is on the ferry boat from Magic Kingdom. I like how the ride slows you down after the bustle of the MK, and it's very scenic.
We normally stay at one of the value resorts, so Taking the car to Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach is the easiest thing to do, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
