Awesome Secret RIVER COUNTRY!!!!!

This might be just a web secret...or it might not be a secret to anyone but me but there is an out dated version of the disney website for canada still online and if you go here...

You can download a PDF version of the River Country map.

I miss river country so bad. There are probably a lot of people here who's first water park experience was Rover Country and I can still remember those lazy days at the watering hole.

That s all still there, exactly as it was when it was closed, except the water is green an everything is overgrown with weeds and water plants. Someone went there recently and took a ton o pictures and its really sad, and vaguely creepy, too. There is even an inner tube still floating around in the main pool.

Yeah the pictures are from the same site I posted above. There are all sorts of cool find on that one.

I too "grew up" there, long before most of the modern water parks of the world; that was a very cool place. The tubes, the sand, the zip-line, the railroad access nearby, ... a perfect place to relax after standing in line at Space Mountain for an hour!!
