Great tips! I don't know any others but I'm sure other people know tips.
Hello! Just got back from WDW and as usual, had a great time! I used a lot of tips and tricks I learned from these forums and figured I'd start a new one to share what I learned on this trip. Getting photos and signatures from characters is a magical experience, but I found interacting with them brings the experience up a couple of levels. I thought I'd share some of the things I learned, as well as looking forward to seeing some of your interaction tips!
Buzz Lightyear- Press the red button on his left hand side. He shuts down! Press it again and he springs back to life!
Woody- Yell "Reach for the sky!" He throws his hands up and looks around to see who has the draw on him! When he realizes it's you he shows a sign of relief!
Cinderella- Ask your little one to dance with her
Aurora Rose- Ask your little one to sing "Keys to the kingdom" or "Once upon a dream"
Donald Duck- Ask if he's grumpy today.
Can anyone offer any others?

Great tips. I wish I'd known about the Buzz Lightyear tip a couple of years ago when I had my picture taken with him. All he did was rub the top of my head. lol

Adult daycare for the kid inside you.
When I came upon Baloo and King Louie on my last trip (solo) I hammed it up with jazzy "hey, what's happening, man" and other phrases from the 60s. They got into it and we had a quick but good little jam session right there.

Last time I was there, a CM told me to yell tick-tock tick-tock while clapping my arms together like an aligator the next time I saw Capt. Hook. Well when I saw him and did it, he ran away and then turned around and angerly waved his hook at me. It was great!

It sounds silly, but when I meet a character I'm just too excited to do really anything! How old am I again?Good tips though. I'll have to work on it for next time.

These are great tips, the kids have written these down in their holiday planners x x
I always crow at Peter Pan during Spectromagic, and in most instances he turns back towards me, cups his hands around his mouth, and crows back. I've also done the "Crocodile" thing to Captain Hook a few times, to which he usually replied by pointing, shaking a fist, or waving his hook at me.

In the pic on the left of me and my wife jessie gave me a kiss on the cheek. Buzz saw this and alerted woody and they both waved their fists at me as a warning.

I don't know if this is standard for Stitch, but my son (2 1/2 at the time) scratched at Stitch's nose so Stitch stuck his finger up my son's nose. It was hilarious. We actually have a couple of photos of this.
when i got to hug stitch *squeal* i told him he was my favorite and he made a slurp and smooch sound.
