Figure in Haunted Mansion Window

During his ten scariest segment on the Halloween podcast, Lou mentioned the figure in the window of the Haunted Mansion. I was just there last week and rode HM three times, each time looking for it to appear while I was in the queue, but I didn't see it. What am I missing?

I was just listening to that podcast (I'm always behind on the podcasts) and he mentioned a shadow of a figure in the window but I think you can only see it at night.

I don't remember where I read it but this was an old "addition" to the outside and I think it was taken out after the refurb.
