Lake Buena Vista consists of about nine homes is due east of Port Orleans Riverside
Bay Lake is just as small, and is north of Bay Lake and east of the North Service Area of the Magic Kingdom.

The Golden Oaks development is now open, we drove by it in April, only need a million to buy into it!!

That's Royal Oak Court. It's north of Saratoga Springs on Buena Vista Drive. I've seen it on Google Maps before, very cool. If you go onto street view on Google Maps at the intersection of Buena Vista and Royal Oak, you can see that the Stop sign and another sign that's blurred have a Disney-esque theme to them. According to Wikipedia, those are the 9 homes that comprise of Lake Buena Vista, and Disney employees live there.
