my daughter was a college student castmember 2 years many of her friends were characters one was tinkerBill and you would think he was a small girl some people mistaken him as my daughters twin brother because they looked so much alike both are under 5 ft tall and under 100 lbs they had meant at the college program and became friends
he said tink gets paid if tink shows up for work or not they are called if weather is bad but its still a pay day for tinkerbell or tinkerBill

Tinkerbell is still the first woman who did it. She still flies every night. She is now in her eighties but she is still the one that does it. The only one. I met her when I went during the summer. She said that they would replace her when she was unable to do it anymore. Its really cool.

Pretty dangerous job, you should get paid big bucks. I have seen Wishes twice. The first time I could have sworn it wasn't a real person - looked to stiff. Saw it on Monday night and it was definitely a person.

    Meeting Tinkerbell

I went on the Disney Vacation Club tour partially because they said it was the only place to meet tinkerbell. We were taken back to the park without meeting her. Has anyone else met tinkerbell? Was this just a scam to get you to go see the timeshares? When I went to Disney Land, Ca I had my picture "taken with tink" she was superimposed, I think this is the closest thing you can get to meetint tink.

    Re: Tinkerbell

I remember when I was a little girl, I would ask my mom "Mommy, is that a REAL person?!"

It was so magical for me to see Tinkerbell fly above the castle as a little kid.

Going to Disney this June of '10!

    Re: Tinkerbell

Once when my little girls still believed Tink was defintiely real, we videotaped her from Tomorrowland Terrace. In the video, you could see the wire, so I never let them watch the video until they were older... just to keep the magic alive.

I think there has to be several. What if Tink took a little vacation or got sick.
