So we had the audio of the 2 scenes simultaneously and depending on where you sat in the theater, you were either able to see the 2nd or the 3rd scene, or, as in my case, you were in the center and staring at the divider between the 2.
that is absolutely terrible... having to here "its a great big beautiful tomorrow" over and over again has to drive a person insane...

Re: Secrets discoveries during ride breakdown
Since the renovation of the living sea's to include Nemo and friends, (which should really be marlin and friends ;-) i think) the ride has to stop a lot to allow transfers. I must have stopped for the longest 7 minutes but it is every 4 minutes to allow someone else on the ride. it can be a tad dis-heartening to watch the same underwater scene repeatedly.

When we got stuck it must have been right at the shift change because the "dolls" started to move away from their scenes. They started stretching and running in place as if to improve their circulation and then a tiny door popped open in the ocean background and the figures all walked through it. About 2 minutes later identically dressed characters came through the door and took the places of the ones who left. That's when the ride resumed. After our boat docked I asked a cast member about what I saw and she seemed very nervous. Her eyes darted back and forth and she just repeated, "Have a magical day, sir". I later learned that the "dolls" are really little people. To this day I haven't been on IASW for fear of reprisals.
this happened to me, but in the europe section...very creepy

Last time I was there, Stewie was in the exact same scene! I wonder if they feed him and give him potty breaks.

Last weekend I was on Snow White's scary adventure and the ride broke down...The One thing I noticed.... When you stop infront of the Wicked Witch when she's facing you after she gives Snow the apple you notice:
SHE'S SCARY AS ****!!!
When the lights are out and they turn on and you see HER!!! OMG!! Freaked me out so bad!! >.<

Re: Secrets discoveries during ride breakdown
In April 2010 my friend and I got stuck on Test Track outside at the start of the speed up. We were one of the first riders of the day. We had some awesome people in the car with us so it was really funny being stuck. The mechanic came walking toward us after about 3 minutes, opened up the back of the car, turned some key, and even joked about who was driving when this happened. Slowly the car started up again....and I mean SLOWLY....about 2 mph! We were on an incline that was about 45 degrees and were screaming thinking we were going to fall out! Eventually it did pick up the speed and we were max speed by the last corner. They let us stay on again once we returned since they knew which car was stuck out there. Then we got stuck in the cold chamber! We opted to not ride a third time.

Re: Secrets discoveries during ride breakdown
It seems that of all the rides that Ive been on over the years, most if not all stopped for a moment and only on a couple occasions were there an actual break down.
So it does happen, but only a few have stuck to memory for me. HM stops alot. Longest down time for me was while I was going past the grave digger and his dog. Ride stops and all lights come on. Some jerk decided he would hop out of the vehicle and go wandering. HM isnt so spooky with lights on. CM's were in there very quickly, found the wayward guest and escourted him out very quickly. I probably didnt sit there for more than 2 minutes.
Another was POTC. Boats got stuck and caused a bit of a pile up after one of the drops. Some of the boats were turning each other enough that they were getting up on the guide rails. CM's ended up having to be in the water getting the boats righted and pushed them threw to the next ramp. Lights were all on for this...no real secrets here, just noticed that the walls and ceiling were painted black. And you could see lots of the HVAC ductwork and conduit everywhere...and they were very dusty.
Only real scare Ive had was being on Space Mtn during a complete brake failure. I had ridden SM many times and new where the pre corner brakes were....and know whats it like to be on that ride without any brakes after the last lift point and what its like to ride it with lights on at that point also. Riding in the light without brakes would have been realy fun if it wasnt for the fact that I knew something was very wrong. this was @20 years ago and my memory isnt 100%, but I will never forget the look of fear on the CM's faces. There were at least 6 or 8 CM's litterly cramming their hands under my arms and hoisting me and the other riders out of the car and another few on the opposite side pushing the empty cars down the track. Im not 100% sure where I was unloaded but it wasnt the normal unload area as we got quickly escourted off that platform, through a door, up some stairs and eventually outside. I seem to remember walking threw a series of hallways and out a side door...completely avoiding the conveyor belts.
