They never finished the second part of Pop because they felt they already had too many rooms and they could not keep it full. In reality, I think they felt it would take business away from the other hotels. I priced my next xmas trip and pop was $500 more then if we stayed at Coronado Springs... They actually did just abandon the project. It is interesting to see the main building, the foundations for some of the room buildings but no pool or last quarter of the bridge. You can only see it from pop classic yrs and google earth.

It is interesting, for the last week since we came back i have been working my way through youtube and downloading videos of the rides and some of the shows. It is a nice blast from the past to see video of the original rides, like "mission to mars" in tomorrowland.

I think we need to get like a team of ghost hunters to come and check that place out. (or maybe just check out all of WDW, like the ghost in POTC)

I love Ghost Adventures but there's no shock value to the WDW ghosts. I think Ghost Hunters would be more apt to investigate WDW.

It was cool when it first went up with the 2000 but after I looked up a picture of the original SSE, it was time for it to go.
