Go during a big sporting event.....I feel Disney Worlds ability to enhance big sporting events is underated. I've gone during a World Cup, NCAA finals, NFL Playoff games and there are alot of cool places to watch these games with great atmospheres
I agree dcbush12, we were down there for the Steelers/Cardinals Super Bowl in 2009 and it was awesome!! There were people wearing jerseys all over the park, and eventually we found ourselves crowded around the tv in The Polynesian's Great Ceremonial House watching the last few drives of the game with other guests- Great atmosphere!!!

Pick a world pavillion at Epcot, pick out the hardest thing to pronounce on the their particular menu and order the item.
Take the time to explore the different countries in EPCOT. It was just last summer that I explored the marketplace in Morocco and I am sorry it took me so long. We also spent lots of time in Japan and had never done it before! Don't just rush by.
